Bad Yelp Review Results in Lawsuit

The story of a contractor who sued his client for $750,000 over a negative Yelp review got tons of attention from TV, Internet and newspapers in December 2012. Jane Perez is being sued by her contractor, C. Dietz for $750,000 in defamation charges after posting negative reviews of his company’s work  on the popular online review sites Yelp and Angie’s List (ABC News). Both sides have their own story, however the negative reviews posted by Perez are no-longer on Yelp or other sites, the judge has also ordered Perez to not post any online reviews about Dietz.
